my husband file the court for custody of my stepdaughters.but the courts date ait til january 31.2011 .she dont want to go home to live at her grandmas cause the house is dirty and unsafe she has dog dropping all over the floor and no bath tup to take a shower and she been sent home from school for head lice.. what should we do
